⭐️ Stepping Stones Study Centre – Registration for Academic Year 2026

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

We’re excited to guide you through registration for the upcoming academic year! Enjoy exclusive early bird discounts and rewards designed to make your transition into 2026 smooth and rewarding.

The new semester begins Monday, 8 December 2025.

1️⃣ Registration Procedures for Existing Students & Siblings

Steps to register:

  1. Select the correct Google Registration Form for your child’s 2026 academic level (see links below).
  2. Choose your preferred class(es).
  3. Complete the form.
  4. WhatsApp us at 9010-3525 once submitted.

Key dates and payment requirements:

  • Registration opens: Monday, 1 September 2025
  • Registration deadline: Sunday, 14 September 2025
  • Class allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You will be notified if your preferred class(es) are available. If full, please indicate an alternative choice.
  • On Monday, 22 September 2025, you will receive a Payment Advice Slip (PAS) with a 5-day grace period to make payment.
  • Complete payment by Friday, 26 September 2025 to:
    • Secure your seat(s)
    • Enjoy Early Bird 5% e-vouchers and free dining vouchers
  • If payment is not completed by 26 September 2025, both your vouchers and selected class(es) will be forfeited.
  • The Centre reserves the right to allocate classes in case of scheduling conflicts.

3️⃣ Attractive Discounts & Vouchers

Early Bird Registration Discounts

  • Register between 1 and 26 September 2025 to enjoy:
  • 5% e-vouchers for 2 terms (Terms 2 & 3 of 2026)
  • Discount applies only to subjects enrolled during Early Bird Registration
  • Additional subjects registered after 26 September 2025 will not qualify
  • 👉 The more subjects you enroll now, the more you save!

Bonus Dining Voucher:

  • Receive a free dining voucher for ‘One Two Roasted Delight’ (壹貳燒臘) at KOUFU Fajar (choice of chicken rice, char siew rice, roasted pork rice, or wanton noodles – worth $4).
  • For Muslim students, we will issue a $4.00 credit note to offset Term 2 fees instead.

📝 Important: Early Bird vouchers and dining rewards will only be issued if payment is completed by 26 September 2025, within the 5-day grace period after receiving the PAS.

  • Multiple Subjects Discount: Save up to 10% when enrolling in more subjects
  • Sibling Discount: 5% off for 2 siblings, 10% off for 3, 15% off for 4+ siblings
  • Early Bird Discount: Stackable with the above discounts for maximum savings

5️⃣ Deposit Policy & Termination Notice

Please note the following regarding your child’s enrolment and deposit:

  • 👉 Students who do not register for 2026 classes by 8 December 2025 (excluding Sec 4 & 5) will be considered withdrawn from the Centre, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit Refund Policy (No PayNow Refund)

  • Under our policy, deposits are no longer refunded via PayNow and will be used to offset the fees for your child’s final 5 lessons.

Exception – Final Chance to Claim Deposit Refund

  • If you forget to apply the deposit to offset your child’s final 5 lessons and do not wish to continue lessons in 2026, you have one final opportunity to claim your deposit:
    • To do so, you must submit the Termination Form by Sunday, 12 October 2025 to receive a refund via PayNow subsequently.

    • This is a special exception, extended out of goodwill for parents who may have overlooked applying the deposit to offset the final term’s fees.

Important:

  • If the Termination Form is not submitted by this deadline and your child is not registered by 8 December 2025, the deposit will be forfeited with no further refund.
  • Re-registration after 8 December 2025 will require a $35 registration fee and a new $80 deposit.
  • We encourage early registration to secure your child’s place and ensure your deposit is fully utilized.

6️⃣ Public Registration

  • Public registration opens 6 October 2025.
  • Register by 31 October 2025 to enjoy a waived $35 registration fee.

7️⃣ Additional Information

  • One-to-One Private Tuition: Contact us via WhatsApp at 9010-3525
  • Mr. Wong’s English Classes:
    • Students must bring a laptop (lessons conducted via Google Classroom, even if physically class)
    • Laptop rental available at $1 per session
    • Flexible attendance (physical class lesson or online)

8️⃣ Refer a Friend & Earn Rewards

  • Refer a friend to Stepping Stones Study Centre and receive a $45 e-tuition voucher when they sign up.
  • Their registration fee will also be waived
  • Offer ends 30 November 2025 (T&Cs apply)
