⭐️ Stepping Stones Study Centre – Registration for Academic Year 2026

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

We’re excited to guide you through registration for the upcoming academic year! Enjoy exclusive early bird discounts and rewards designed to make your child’s start to tuition in 2026 smooth and rewarding.

The new semester begins Monday, 8 December 2025.

1️⃣ Registration Procedures for Existing Students & Siblings

Steps to register:

  1. Select the correct Google Registration Form for your child’s 2026 academic level (see links under ‘Google Registration Forms by Level’ below).
  2. Select your child’s preferred class(es) for 2026. Submit one form per child.
  3. Complete the form and WhatsApp us at 9010-3525 once it has been submitted.

Key Dates and Payment Requirements:

  • Registration opens: Monday, 1 September 2025
  • Registration deadline: Friday, 19 September 2025
  • Class allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You will be notified if your preferred class(es) are available before we issue you the PAS (Payment Advice Slip).
  • If the selected class is full, please indicate an alternative choice.

To qualify for Early Bird Registration Discounts:

  • Parents must submit the registration Google Form by Friday, 19 September 2025.
  • You will receive the PAS on Monday, 22 September 2025.
  • Payment must be completed by Friday, 26 September 2025, within 5 days of receiving the PAS.
  • If payment is not completed by the due date, the Early Bird discounts, dining vouchers and selected class(es) will be forfeited.
  • Discount applies only to subjects listed on your PAS at the time of payment. Subjects added after payment will not qualify.
  • The Centre reserves the right to allocate classes in case of scheduling conflicts.

Maximize your savings by combining:

  • Multiple Subjects Discount: Save up to 10% when enrolling in more subjects
  • Sibling Discount: Each child enjoys 5% off when 2 siblings are enrolled, 10% off with 3 siblings and 15% off with 4 or more.
  • Early Bird Discount: Stackable with the above discounts for maximum savings

5️⃣ Deposit Policy & Termination Notice

Please note the following regarding your child’s enrolment and deposit:

  • Students who do not register for 2026 classes by 8 December 2025 (excluding Sec 4 & 5) will be considered withdrawn from the Centre, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit Refund Policy (No PayNow Refund)

  • Under our new policy, effective from 25 August 2025, deposits will no longer be refunded via PayNow. Instead, they will be used to offset the fees for your child’s final 5 lessons.

Goodwill Exception – Final Chance to Claim Deposit Refund 

  • If your child does not wish to continue lessons in 2026 and you have not applied the deposit to offset the final 5 lessons, you have one final opportunity to claim a deposit refund:
    • Submit the Termination Form by Sunday, 12 October 2025
    • Refunds will be processed via Paynow subsequently
    • Forms are available at our counter or can be downloaded here: https://shorturl.at/0MV8J
    • This goodwill exception is a one-time allowance for parents who may have overlooked using the deposit to offset the final term’s fees.

Important:

  • If the Termination Form is not submitted by this deadline and your child is not registered by 8 December 2025, the deposit will be forfeited with no further refund.
  • Re-registration after 8 December 2025 will require a $35 registration fee and a new $80 deposit.
  • We encourage early registration to secure your child’s place and ensure your deposit is fully utilized.

6️⃣ Public Registration

  • Public registration opens 6 October 2025.
  • Register before 31 October 2025 to enjoy a waived $35 registration fee.

7️⃣ Additional Information

  • One-to-One Private Tuition: Contact us via WhatsApp at 9010-3525
  • Mr. Wong’s English Classes:
    • Lessons are conducted physically at the Centre but all lesson materials and activities are managed through Google Classroom. Students must bring a laptop
    • Laptop rental available at $1 per session
    • Flexible attendance : If students are unable to attend a physical class at the Centre, they may opt to join the lesson online instead.

8️⃣ Refer a Friend & Earn Rewards

  • Refer a friend to Stepping Stones Study Centre and receive a $45 e-tuition voucher when they sign up.
  • Their registration fee will also be waived
  • Offer ends 30 November 2025 (T&Cs apply)
